Territorio is located in Punta Cuevas, a historic site in the city of Puerto Madryn, in the province of Chubut.

THE HOTEL
TERRITORIO Puerto Madryn is a boutique hotel with 36 rooms, which are distributed in 1 Superior Suite of 65 square metres, 3 Junior Suites of 44 square metres, 4 Double Superior rooms of 34 square metres, 23 wide Double rooms of 28 square metres, 1 Double room for the disabled or handicapped of 28 square metres, and 4 Triple rooms of 41 square metres.
Every room has a view of the sea. They also have a dressing room, private bathroom, minibar, TV, telephone (DDI/DDN), safety box, energy control system, card-key door locks and King-Size beds in our double rooms.
TERRITORIO Puerto Madryn also has a gym and a SPA, an ideal space to relax, in which different relaxation services are offered, for instance: jacuzzi, Scottish shower, massages and treatments.
It also has a Convention Centre with capacity for 42 people, seated at round tables, or 60 people, in conference mode. The Centre offers gastronomic support and the technological resources that are necessary to work in an intimate and flexible environment.

TERRITORIO is located in Punta Cuevas, historical site in Puerto Madryn, in the province of Chubut and close to Peninsula Valdés.
In view of its strategic location, the city of Puerto Madryn is the most appropriate destination to visit and experience the main attractions of Atlantic Patagonia. From there, one can also go to other places in the coastal region or the mountains.
One can walk to the centre of the city or the Ecocenter, passing by Punta Cuevas, the place of disembarkment of the Welsh settlers.

It has a capacity for 42 people and an entrance from the hotel lobby by lift and independent stairs, the appropriate equipment to solve all types of needs, the latest technological resources and an exclusive gastronomic sector.

The Junior Room is located on the ground floor of Territorio; it has its own furniture with bibliography and maps of the area, and offers a casual and friendly environment for business and private meetings, with a capacity for 8 people, and access from the hotel's lobby-bar. It may be used for working breakfasts, interviews, or private dinners. It is also supported by the exclusive gastronomic area.
