Located between the swimming pool and the Independencia Theater. This exclusive grill is open for lunch & dinner with traditional and flavorful alternatives such as the classic parrilla argentina, locro, empanadas that will delight its visitors.
The restaurant seats up to 100 people. The main room has a maximum capacity of 60 people, while the remaining seats will enjoy a view of the gardens and pool at Park Hyatt Mendoza - Hotel, Casino & Spa.
